Gluten Free Quick Lunch Fail - Thai Kitchen Rice Noodle Cart

In the never ending quest to find a quick and easy gluten free food that might taste good and not cost an arm and leg, I picked up this little box of horrors the other day. The instructions were easy, combine the semi-cooked noodles, veggies, sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water in the provided container and microwave. All I can say is be glad I took the picture after I stirred it, it did not look good. The taste was utterly disgusting. The noodles were gooey, the vegetables disappeared. Thai Kitchens, this one is not a winner.
